Focusly is a productivity app built by Shemsedin A. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used. We take your privacy seriously and never sell your data.
When you create an account, we collect:
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
If you use the app without an account, no personal data is sent to our servers. Your tasks stay on your device only.
Focusly uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to show relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings under Google → Ads.
We never show ads during active task sessions.
The app uses the following third-party services:
Your account data and tasks are stored securely on our servers hosted at bgern.com. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
Focusly is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
